стельки не очень хорошие. проблема затащить их в-обувь, так как это силикон и они слишком мягкие очень большая проблема затащить их. с обратной стороны стельки есть клей и когда хочется затащить их в обувь они начинают приклеиваться и Невозможно их протащить до конца. по поводу того удобные они или нет нет то я скажу так что когда их носишь с обувью Они вообще неудобные. Короче говоря, не советую покупать эти стельки, на картинке они красивые классные, в описании всё хорошо описанно, но в деле они вообще никакие. зря потраченные деньги, Лучше Посмотрите себе другие стельки сэкономите и деньги и сэкономите нервы.
