Спасибо сегодня получила. Выглядят симпатично целое, форму держат. Есть полоски-наклейки для фиксации в обуви. На левую и правую ногу. Твердые , но не жесткие похоже на материал для подошвы спорт. обуви, есть отверстия для вентиляции. Самое толстое место на подъеме - где-то 3-4 мм к краям сужается до 1,5-2 мм. По ширине 6 мм по длине 10,5 мм. Практичную сторону этой защиты время покажет. Для них потребуется какое-то место в обуви, т.е при плотном облегании они помешают комфорту ноге.
