1см очень плотный силикон, амортизации почти нет. удобнее вставка на 2см, она лучше пружинит.

Стельки пришли в Санкт-Петербург за 3 недели. Сделаны хорошо в меру плотные и не полые внутри. снизу есть липкая основа для фиксации к подошве обуви, но тогда получается, что только в одиноц паре обуви можно использовать, либо наклеить самим на стельки клейкую абразивную ленту чтобы не скользила и тогда можно вынимать.

Заказывала 3 пары подпяточников, 2 пары силиконовых и одну пару с перфорацией. каждая пара упакова в индивидуальную упаковку, а у силиконовых упаковка запаяна с двух сторон. Силиконовые амортизируют отлично, плотный, ортопедический материал, но при этом обладает отличной амортизацией, а с перфорацией жёсткие, примерила, удобно. Вообщем, товар качественный, мне очень понравился. рекомендую магазин и подпяточники, видно, что фабричное производство. Буду еще заказывать.
