Отличные стельки, беру второй раз. Но первый раз брал более тонкие, понял, что надо побольше, в этот раз взял самые толстые. Действительно толщина 4 сантиметра. У кого очень быстро протаптываются пятки - эти стельки просто спасение, берите, не пожалеете. Однозначно рекомендую, так как купить пару стелек раз в несколько месяцев дешевле, чем покупать новую обувь из-за того, что она стопталась на пятках.
